Robert Miller Janney, b. 18 Sept. 1851 in Waterford, Loudoun County, Virginia, d. 26 Aug 1920 in Lower, Merion, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, son of James Craig Janney & Rebecca Jane Walker. He married Emily Betts Smyth (1^st wife) on December 4, 1884 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. He married Deborah Tower (2^nd wife) in 1897.
